Our family of three had a fantastic one week stay with Lexia. The one bed townhouse was perfect for us and really convenient. Location on the edge of Hagley Park was well-placed for the city attractions (i.e. Punting on the Avon, Canterbury Museum, Riverside Markets, etc) and also closely located to the pretty grounds of the Mona Vale Homestead which made for a few nice morning strolls! Contactless check-in and check-out were a breeze and the house had plenty of storage for our luggage. Lexia was a great host, super-responsive with turnaround on our queries and the few extra requests that we had. Although the townhouse did not have it’s own off-street parking, on-street parking in Darvel St was always easy to get. Really pleased with such an enjoyable stay for our time in Christchurch. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic clean and modern apartment, that I would 💯 stay at again. The location was absolutely perfect in the middle of town. Eateries were all within 5 mins walk. Amazing having a free carpark, and having two bathrooms was definitely a bonus. The large sofabed downstairs was also an added bonus to be utilised, depending on the party you are travelling with. When we had a slight hiccup checking in after not reading check-in details properly, and going to the gate to the right of the where the car was parked, instead of walking down further to the left, Lexia immediately came to our aid and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would love to stay again in the future.

Fantastic town house in a quiet street. When we stayed there it felt like it was brand new and everything in it was in perfect order and spotless. Comfortable beds, amazing shower and beautiful kitchen. Would love to come back and stay again some time.

Such a great spot. Handy to town. Apartment is new, clean and fresh. Comfy beds, as others have said, it’s next to the main road but you can’t hear from inside. Apartment has all you need. Would definitely stay again, great value.

Perfect location, small but loads of storage (we managed 6 weeks with 2 adults, a dog – and all our belongings including 2 bikes!). Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, plenty of linen provided. Great little spot!
